EXTRA, EXTRA Read All About It!!!

American Seating & Mobility would like to introduce two new employees to the ASM Family. Chuck Chapman, ATS, has joined our Seattle office in our Rehab Sales Department. Chuck has 17 years’ experience providing quality rehab equipment in the Seattle area. Chuck is familiar with all types of powered and manual mobility products, specialized seating and positioning systems and other types of home medical equipment. We would also like to introduce Matt Didsbury, ATS, who has six years’ experience in the sales and service of personal mobility devices and seating products. Matt loves to fix the complex problems that rehab customers sometimes face, so he will head up our technical repair service department. Matt will be based in our Post Falls, Idaho corporate office and will direct your incoming service and technical support calls. Matt will work with our service technicians and the schedulers to ensure each technical service call is handled in a manner that meets our Quality One standards. Please help us welcome Chuck and Matt to the ASM Family and feel free to contact them with any questions or concerns. Training in Spokane

In an effort to always provide the proper equipment to our customers, American Seating & Mobility recently brought its consumer power-sales specialist to Spokane, Washington for some specialized training. This training included hands-on education on light rehab powered-mobility applications and proper cushion and back selection. Pride Mobility Products and Invacare provided the training.

American Seating & Mobility is dedicated to providing the right equipment and this training presented vital technical and practical application knowledge to our staff members.  Mobility is a key component of everyday life and the ability to move from one room to another in your home sometimes requires a personal mobility device. ASM is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and service. We will make sure you have the right chair to meet your mobility requirements.
